- OUR SERVICES -
We assist clients from many countries in immigration cases, including U.S. work and student visas, green cards and citizenship.
For example...
- People who started a business in the U.S. and is considering using an investor visa to manage the company.
- Newly graduates from school in the U.S. and started working using OPT (Optional Practical Training), but wants to apply for a work visa and obtain a green card afterwards.
- Those who want to apply for an H-1B visa but were not selected and are looking for other options.
- Those who want to apply for a green card using their work or education history.
- Those who want to bring their family members abroad to the U.S.
We have consulted with clients in many cases, including those who want to bring their family members abroad to the U.S. We also hear difficult cases. Immigration law, in particular, is complicated and full of jargon, so we do our best to make it easy to understand.
Although a lawyer's office may sound formal, our office operates in an at-home atmosphere. If you have any questions or problems with immigration law, please contact us.
